STBIH created comparative analysis of the current collective agreement of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The most amendments relate to:

  • establishing the lowest wage, which was 1,75KM and in new collective agreement is 2,31KM;
  • reduced right to an increased salary, as overtime work was paid 30% of gross earnings and in new collective agreement it is reduce to 25%;
  • past labour is diminished, basic salary was increased for 0,6% with years of service, and in new collective agreement is for 0,4%;
  • compensation in case of death and disability is erased;
  • rewarding and stimulating employee is erased;
  • the right on mael allowancesis questionable in new collective agreement;
  • the right on transportation to and from work is erased and left to employer to decide in new collective agreement;
  • annual leave contribution is erased and left to employer to decide in new collective agreement;
  • compensation for employees during illness is erased in new collective agreement;
  • the right on redundancy pay when going to retirement is erased in new collective agreemen;
  • the right on wages is erased in new collective agreement;
  • compensation costs for life separated from family is erased in new collective agreement;
  • compensation for work in the field (field allowance) is erased in new collective agreement;
  • transportation and regression are permanentlty discontinued categories in practice.
