In Sarajevo on 2 December Assembly organized trade union branch STBIH Interex. At this Assembly gathered 27 union representatives from all five regions. In addition to basic topics such as the mandate of the committee, and administrative issues, the focus of this Assembly was in the process of acquisition of the company by the company Bingo doo and what effects this will have on workers. Founded fear of workers from the uncertainty that carries this process has been further fueled by extremely unfair attitude of the Management Board, which ignores all inquiries STBIH the provisions of the takeover and which concern the workers and instead of this process, rinse dignity and fairness to workers who have years of his life left behind policyholders of the company, it violates and does not honor the obligations to workers who still have as an employer.

On the other hand STBIH has provided information about the new conditions of work waiting for his membership in the Bingo firsthand, at a meeting with the first man of the company and his first collaborators. What is most important is the recognition of trade unions and STBIH to represent something more than 550 workers Interex. It is the most important factor in the future protection of the rights of these workers and that will invite and future initiatives STBIH.

Some of the most important conclusions from today’s meeting are:

* Unity and union density is the most important and strongest weapon that workers can have in the process of downloading and beyond

* Shop stewards will inform all members STBIH that before any formal legal moves sure to consult STBIH that workers will be 24 hours Interex available

* STBIH will do anything to protect its maximum membership and this goal will put all their capacities available

In the end, the most important conclusion from this Assembly is confirmed by a force that was obvious and the number of delegates but also by the fact that the participants were all shop stewards from all five regions. The sharpest attacks are doomed union of RS, which at the moment are going only to the detriment of workers. The union or have access to any future Directorate has mass, which is the only guarantee for the successful negotiation and each member of that at this point indicate confidence that the union, I was condemned to individual fight for their rights, it is known ends almost always unsuccessfully.

Bingo as a prospective new employer stressed the desire and willingness to keep all workplaces alike, and it will be a standpoint that will represent and defend and STBIH. With the support of people who are on the frontline in the shops, STBIH members who have the courage and determination to fight for their rights, it will be the reality that we all together and fight.
