OPIC and Handels support STBIH School Informing Project

For many years STBIH had idea to launch the project specially designed for students in service schools. Thanks to the support from Handels,Sundswall and OPIC, the project was launched at the beginning of this year with the aim to offer commerce students relevant knowledge of labor market in BIH, all challenges they might have when finish the high schools and how to answer them as well as how STBIh can be of their asisstance. The project is being implemented in four schools,Sarajevo,Foča,Prijedor and Zenica among third and fourth grade students. Special informative and education workshops have been designed and booklet made for studnets who will also get STBIH rpomotion material.

As STBIH support for the school meach school,partner will get peace of equipment of their choice and during the project special reaserch will be made focussing of expectation of youth from employement and work place as well as from STBIH. The results of this reaserch will be presented on the evaluation meeting where laos medias will be invited.

This project will end in December 2011 but STBIH already now plans new youth project HK Balkan stringers – project focussing on young  enterpeneurs from Prijedor,Mostar and Sarajevo.
