PAM/HUMAK project for STBIH shopstewards

In cooperation with HUMAK and with support of PAM’s project in BIH in 2010, STBIH organized its first Trade Union School for shopstewards during the summer and early automn. LMTUL program gathered 18 shopstewards for all together 3 seminars and was focussed on important issues and skills such as communication, information, collective negoshiation, union finances etc. All content has been prepared and delivered by STBIH representatives who gained their knowledge and skills in previous training programs organized by this project and in cooperation with HUMAK.

This training program will be finished by the Evaluation Seminar planned for December where shopstewards will present how they used the skills gained during the training. All of them will get Cerificates for leading the TU Local. STBIH hopes that school will continue in 2011 for the new group of shopstewards.
