17-18 December in Sarajevo FIET Project for BIH with the support of HK Regiona Agder og Rogoland organized seminar for STBIH members in KONZUM. The seminar was implemented in cooperation with Human Recources Departement of KONZUM and is first this kind of activity where both social partners organized training for union members. During two days of seminar, 32 participants , workers of KONZUM and members of STBIH who came from all parts of the country, had possibillity to exchange experiences and to get familiar with the union as one of its primary general goals. At the same time there were offered with knowledge and skills on effective communication on working place level by expert from Youth Info Agency of BIH,Samir Halilović.

In their evaluation forms all the participants expressed their gratitude to the union for this event and at the same time their hope that this activity will be organized on more regular basis in the future too.
