HK region of Stavanger joins the Solidarity Project for BIH

Thanks to the support and solidarity of HK a group of CTUBIH and Project friends grows.After the involvement of FLT and their support for the new car in the Project, the very important new contact has been established. Friends from the  HK region Agder og Rogaland  have decited to join the project and support the trade union activties in BIH for the next two years

In the study visit in February 2007 the leaders of this region met the Project and CTUBIhH representatives and disccussed the future plans and needs when its comes to the union strainghtening. On the basis of this, The Project proposal has been made and it has been supported by the Board of Agder of Rogaland HK on their meeting in March this year. This once again proves the comitment of HK and all its parts for the support towards the strainghtening and developing of the trade union movement in commerce sector.

The project would focus on the region Tuzla as one of two main key regions for the activties of CTUBIH. The detailed project proposal can be found under FIET  Projects section. We use this opportunity to welcome friends from Agder og Rogaland HK  to the CTUBIH family and hope that in the near future we will have chance to thank for the support and solidarity by the results in the increasement of  membership and union productivity in the Tuzla region and in CTUBIH in general.
