On the initiative of STBIH a meeting with the Minister of Commerce of FBIH was held on Monday 14 May in the Building of Goverement of FBIH. Besides Minister Mr. Desnica Radivojević, on this meeting there were present also his Vice Minister Mrs. Đukić and five member delegation of STBIH. The main issue disccussed was the work in the informal sector and drafting the joint strategy.
After very fruitfull disccussion that clearlly showed the positive aproach and willignes for the cooperation, several conclussion were made such as:
- The Cooperation Memorandum is going to be proposed by STBIH and signed by Minister of Commerce and President of STBIH aiming on establishing permanent cooperation and communication chanell between these two about any joint metters that might occur
- Mr. Minister will raise the question of the right to work of those employed on the opened markets in FBIH on today’s meeting of the Goverement and will ask for urgent meassures first to stop any actions against the workers in this sector until the Goverement adopts the temporary solution for the period od one year.
- Mr. Minister will also informt he Goverement members about the priorities and request of STBIH in this metter
This meeting besides the very important step forward in the work within the inormal sector also brought up the new very positive dimenssion in the cooperation between STBIH and this ministry that we hope will soon start to bring some concrete and positive results
